The award-winning showcase home by Design Tech Homes in The Estates of Texas Grand Ranch features an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen for comfortable everyday living and entertaining.
Recognition highlights the company's experienced in-house design team and nearly 30 years of designing and building custom homes throughout Greater Houston.
The showcase home received First Place in the Built & Photographed Residential 4,001 Square Feet and Over category and was also honored with the W.R. Coleman Award for Best in Show, one of the competition's highest recognitions.
