Livingston County Foreclosed Real Property Tax Auction Set for Nov. 5
GENESEO, N.Y., Oct. 7, 2026 — Livingston County will hold a foreclosed real property tax auction on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Livingston County Highway Facility, 4389 Gypsy Lane, Mount Morris, N.Y., 14510.
The in-person event will feature a total of 29 properties, including residential homes and vacant lots, available to the highest bidder. The parcels for sale were acquired through the tax foreclosure process and are located throughout Livingston County. Proceeds from the auction will help the County recover unpaid taxes and return foreclosed parcels to productive use.
All deposits must be paid in cash or by certified check or equivalent. Personal checks will not be accepted. Prospective bidders must register at the door and show a valid New York State driver’s license or other acceptable identification. The auction will be conducted by Thomas P. Wamp / Pirrung Auctioneers Inc., licensed real estate brokers.
